After the summer break the Educational Tuesdays of the’La Lanterna Inn they leave again, and they do so by going up into the mountains. Tuesday September 8, 2026, starting at 7:30 PM, in Cressogno of Valsolda, an evening entirely dedicated to the Valtellina: its flavors, its products, and the traditions of a valley that has made preservation—of meat, wine, cheese—an art form.

A unique evening

The format of Educational Tuesdays is simple and precious: a private room, limited seating, and a menu that reveals itself course after course. A dinner that is also a journey, where between courses there's time for conversation, questions, and to understand where what's on your plate comes from. With the cool breeze returning to the terrace overlooking the Lake Ceresio, the season of chef evenings Pamela it starts from here.

Four stages that ascend the valley: starting from Chiavenna and arriving at the apple, the great fruit of Valtellina.

• Let's start from Chiavenna — bresaola, sciatt, giardiniera and game
• Pizzocchero in ravioli — pizzoccherato ravioli on Orobic valley fondue with shavings of Storico Ribelle
• Cock-a-doodle-doo and Braulio — Vallespluga cockerel glazed with Braulio Riserva with fried leg in sciatt batter, mashed potatoes and vegetables
• The great fruit of Valtellina: the apple
