Educational Tuesday, May 12, 2026: France at the Osteria La Lanterna in Valsolda
Tuesday, May 12, 2026
Description
There is a thread that runs through gastronomic Europe and reaches the shores of the Lake Ceresio: it's French cuisine, one of the deepest roots of those who learned the trade in the kitchen. Tuesday May 12, 2026, at 7:30 PM the’La Lanterna Inn of Cressogno opens the reserved room for an evening entirely dedicated to the France, with a special guest: the chef patron Bernard Fournier, alongside the chef Pamela for a dinner that explores techniques, flavors, and shared memories.
A unique evening
I Educational Tuesdays These are closed-seat dinners in a private dining room: limited seating, a cozy atmosphere, and a direct dialogue with the kitchen and the evening's host. They're not simple tasting menus, but rather occasions where each dish tells the story of an encounter, a technique, a journey. Pamela designed them this way because she believes that the purpose of cooking isn't just to feed the stomach, but to convey values, stories, and teachings.
