For over 40 years, Trattoria La Vigna has been welcoming guests in the tranquil Begna di Porlezza. It all began in 1978 with the home-cooked recipes of Mamma Giuliana, a legacy that lives on today in the kitchen of Chef Luca, who prepares dishes according to the natural rhythm of the seasons. Our culinary philosophy is distinguished by an entirely artisanal approach: from handmade egg pasta to marinades, smoking, and bottarga of our lake fish, to traditional desserts. For our dishes, we carefully select quality ingredients, collaborating with local producers we know personally. The frequently updated menu offers traditional and innovative dishes, according to seasonal arrivals, showcasing select meats, cheeses from nearby mountain pastures, and wild herbs that grow in our valleys.
