The third edition of the Chef Challenge returns to Piazza San Mamete, Valsolda! This unmissable event features local chefs competing in themed finger food competitions, with food and wine pairings, tastings, voting, and lots of fun.
A unique evening dedicated to taste and culinary competition, organised by’La Lanterna Inn in collaboration with Pro Loco of Valsolda and King Pub.
An event with a big heart
The Chef Challenge is entirely for charity. All proceeds will be donated to: Casa dos Curumins, a shelter for children in Brazil. This is the third consecutive year that the Valsolda community has supported this project through the long-distance adoption of a child, in memory of our late friend, Chef Fabrizio Ennas.
