Tuesday October 27, 2026, at 7:30 PM the’La Lanterna Inn Cressogno brings to the table the noblest of Italian blue cheeses. The star of the evening is the gorgonzola Of Igor Gorgonzola, accompanied by the wines of the’Monte Zovo Agricultural Company: four courses built entirely around Zola, from sweet to spicy, to discover how versatile a cheese that many only discover at the end of a meal can be.
A unique evening
As in all Educational Tuesdays of the chef Pamela, Dinner is also a story: a private room, limited seating, and producers explaining their work as the dishes arrive. Here, the menu begins with a triumph of appetizers and continues through to dessert, never abandoning the blue cheese.
The menu of the evening
- Triumph of aperitifs — pumpkin in saor; crostini with pears, walnuts, and gorgonzola; braised radicchio and gorgonzola; celery, eggs, and gorgonzola; sausage and gorgonzola crostini
- The tasty agnolotto — Agnolotti stuffed with roast meats on a Zola fondue and Amarone Monte Zovo reduction
- A second course with autumnal scents — Pork fillet with fig sauce, polenta cake, potatoes, gorgonzola and rosemary
- Sweet Zola — Gozo cheesecake with red berry sauce
