Tuesday June 9, 2026, at 7:30 PM to the’La Lanterna Inn a sensorial evening comes to life in Cressogno, playing with the less obvious combinations: the flavour of Cantabrian anchovies and shads Lake Como meets the aromatic profile of gin, in a dialogue where every bite calls for a sip. An evening that starts from the sea, crosses the lake and arrives at the medicinal herbs of Lake Ceresio.
A unique evening
I Educational Tuesdays They are born from a simple idea: cooking is a school that takes place at the table. A private room, limited places, a special guest who has traveled a part of the journey with chef Pamela. An evening in which food becomes a pretext to recount a meeting, a tradition, a vision—one that has transformed the’La Lanterna Inn at a reference point on the Lake Ceresio.
