CORTIntelvi at Osteno Beach: Short films on the shores of Lake Ceresio

Tuesday, August 4, 2026 the 7th edition of CORTIntelvi, International Festival of Short Films and Documentaries, stops at Lake Ceresio: an evening of open-air screenings in the setting of the Osteno Beach (Porlezza Street), to Claino with Osteno. Free admission.

The event is dedicated to young generations and the world of school: on the screen the films selected by the jury for the Special “School” Award”, presented as part of the festival's School Projects. Organized by the Friends of the Casasco Intelvi Museum Association and Foto Idea di San Fedele, with the patronage of the Municipality of Claino con Osteno.

The evening's program

12th screening night — start at 8:45 pm:

• “With my eyes” by Alfredo Nicoli (Italy) — 16 minutes
• “Leo, you and the AI” by Lorena Costanzo (Italy) — 11 minutes
• “Off-screen” by Saverio Settembrino (Italy) — 13 minutes
• “The Mister” by Domenico De Ceglia (Italy) — 15 minutes
• “Fantastic Students and Where to Find Them!” by Francesco Faralli (Italy) — 7 minutes
• “Who we are, No. 1 Mom” by Leonardo Casarolli (Italy) — 8 minutes

An evening of cinema by the lake

Osteno Beach is one of the most picturesque spots on the Italian shore of Lake Ceresio: watching short films with the lake as your backdrop is an experience worth the evening alone. And if you arrive in the area a little early, it's worth exploring the Painted Village of Claino or take a walk along the walk from Claino to Santa Giulia.
