This questionnaire is optional and anonymous. It helps us understand how visitors experience Lake Ceresio and its valleys, and helps us improve the area's tourism offerings.<\/p>\n
What we collect.<\/strong> The answers you choose to provide (e.g., your location, type of visit, ratings, and free comments), the language you fill in, the page you came from, and the date. We do not ask for your name, email, or any other identifying information.<\/p>\n IP address.<\/strong> It's not saved with replies. We only use it as an irreversible hash, for up to one hour, to limit abusive automated sending.<\/p>\n Free-text comments.<\/strong> We ask that you do not enter any personal information. Emails, links, and phone numbers in comments are automatically removed.<\/p>\n How we use the answers.<\/strong> Only in aggregate form, for statistics and to improve local services. We do not link them to any individual and do not share them with third parties as individual responses.<\/p>\n Browser memory.<\/strong> If you decline the invitation to complete the questionnaire, we save a single piece of technical information in your browser's local memory: the date until which we will not resubmit the survey (30 days). We do not use cookies; the data remains on your device and contains no personal information. You can delete it by clearing your browsing data.<\/p>\n
