From Fassona beef tartare to ravioli del plin, to the large boiled meats served with a sauce trolley: the complete Piedmontese repertoire, the one for the holidays.<\/p>\n<h2>A unique evening<\/h2>\n<p>Reserved room, limited places and producers to talk about their wines: this is the formula of the <strong>Educational Tuesdays<\/strong> of the chef <strong>Pamela<\/strong>.
