Acacia, chestnut: two honeys with different character and intensity, used not only in desserts but throughout the dish, where the sweetness serves to bind together the cheese, bitter radicchio, and meat.<\/p>\n<h2>A unique evening<\/h2>\n<p>I <strong>Educational Tuesdays<\/strong> of the chef <strong>Pamela<\/strong> These are private dinners, with limited seating, and a single product that serves as a common thread throughout the courses.
