The star of the evening is the <strong>gorgonzola<\/strong> Of <strong>Igor Gorgonzola<\/strong>, accompanied by the wines of the\u2019<strong>Monte Zovo Agricultural Company<\/strong>: four courses built entirely around Zola, from sweet to spicy, to discover how versatile a cheese that many only discover at the end of a meal can be.<\/p>\n<h2>A unique evening<\/h2>\n<p>As in all <strong>Educational Tuesdays<\/strong> of the chef <strong>Pamela<\/strong>, Dinner is also a story: a private room, limited seating, and producers explaining their work as the dishes arrive.
