Guests of the chef <strong>Pamela<\/strong> I am <strong>Claudia Crippa<\/strong>, <strong>Tiziana Arena<\/strong> e <strong>Matthew of Osteno<\/strong>, which tell how the pistil is grown, harvested and used \u2014 and why a few grams are enough to change a dish.<\/p>\n<h2>A unique evening<\/h2>\n<p>The format for Educational Tuesdays is always the same: a private room, limited seating, and a guest who brings their own ingredients to the table.
