Tuesday <strong>September 8, 2026, starting at 7:30 PM<\/strong>, in Cressogno di Valsolda, an evening entirely dedicated to the <strong>Valtellina<\/strong>: its flavors, its products, and the traditions of a valley that has made preservation\u2014of meat, wine, cheese\u2014an art form.<\/p>\n<h2>A unique evening<\/h2>\n<p>The format of Educational Tuesdays is simple and precious: a private room, limited seating, and a menu that reveals itself course after course. A dinner that is also a journey, where between courses there&#039;s time for conversation, questions, and to understand where what&#039;s on your plate comes from.
