The 2026 edition is changing location\u2014still in Castello, at the same location as the Sagra di Castello\u2014and is focusing entirely on themed evenings.<\/p>\n<p>We&#039;re off <strong>Friday, July 10, 2026, at 7:30 PM<\/strong> (6.30 pm for those participating in the museum visit) with an evening with a flavour <strong>50s and 60s<\/strong>, between vinyl records, music and signature dishes.<\/p>\n<h3>The menu<\/h3>\n<p><strong>&quot;Yin and Yang&quot; Appetizer\u00ab<\/strong> \u2014 cod, charcoal croquette, tomino cheese, olive p\u00e2t\u00e9, fennel salad with marinated shad.<br \/>\n<strong>First<\/strong> \u2014 Tenuta Margherita risotto with parmesan and stewed cuttlefish.<br \/>\n<strong>Assorted sweets<\/strong> \u2014 panna cotta with chocolate sauce, Raffaello, yogurt with black crumble.<\/p>\n<p>The menu is also available for takeout.
