Tuesday <strong>May 12, 2026, at 7:30 PM<\/strong> the\u2019<strong>La Lanterna Inn<\/strong> of Cressogno opens the reserved room for an evening entirely dedicated to the <strong>France<\/strong>, with a special guest: the <strong>chef patron Bernard Fournier<\/strong>, alongside the chef <strong>Pamela<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>A unique evening<\/h2>\n<p>I <strong>Educational Tuesdays<\/strong> These are closed-seat dinners in a private dining room: limited seating, a cozy atmosphere, and a direct dialogue with the kitchen and the evening&#039;s host. They&#039;re not simple tasting menus, but rather occasions where each dish tells the story of an encounter, a technique, a journey. Pamela designed them this way because she believes that the purpose of cooking isn&#039;t just to feed the stomach, but to convey values, stories, and teachings.<\/p>\n<h2>Guest chef: Bernard Fournier<\/h2>\n<p>Born in <strong>Baccarat<\/strong> in 1956 and trained at the hotel school in Strasbourg, Fournier has passed through some of the most demanding kitchens in Europe \u2014 the <strong>Schillinger of Colmar<\/strong>, the ships of the Paquet company, the\u2019<strong>Hilton Paris-Orly<\/strong> \u2014 before arriving in Italy alongside his wife Adriana Berti: first at Orso Grigio in Trento, then from 1992 at the restaurant <strong>From Candida<\/strong> of Campione d&#039;Italia, for which in 1995 the <strong>Michelin star<\/strong>. Its philosophy - quality and price, professionalism and seriousness, without ever forgetting trust and respect - is today also the trademark of <strong>\u201cThe Royal Fournier\u201d<\/strong>, the line that signs the <strong>Mullard duck foie gras<\/strong> that we will find on the table.<\/p>\n<h2>The menu of the evening<\/h2>\n<p>Four courses prepared by four hands \u2014 Pamela and Fournier \u2014 which are as many chapters of a French classic.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A Thousand French Faces<\/strong> \u2014 scallops and celeriac \u00b7 snails \u00b7 duck liver and brioche bread<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quiche Lorraine<\/strong> \u2014 egg, onion, bacon and cheese<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mulard duck breast<\/strong> \u2014 duck breast with mashed potatoes and vegetables<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tarte Tatin<\/strong> \u2014 with vanilla ice cream<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free<\/strong> \u2014 the special Buon Ricordo dish (one dish per couple)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cost<\/strong>\u20ac70 per person, including two wine pairings.
