Friday, May 16, 2025, at 8:45 PM<\/strong>, at the <\/span>Loggio Schools in Valsolda<\/strong>, We invite you to a special evening dedicated to all lovers of good food and authentic traditions:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Como cheesemaking tradition\u201d<\/strong>, an event that combines culture, taste and conviviality.<\/span><\/p>\n

An event between culture and sensory tasting<\/span><\/h2>\n

Led by <\/span>Simonetta Cortella<\/strong>, expert in cheese culture, we will retrace the history and secrets of the <\/span>typical cheeses from the province of Como<\/strong> through a journey made of images, stories and tastings.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the evening the following will be offered:<\/span><\/p>\n

Image projection<\/strong> which tell the story of the cheesemakers' work and the beauty of the Como landscape.<\/span><\/p>\n

Guided tasting of four traditional cheeses<\/strong>, selected among the best of the area, in a real experience of <\/span>sensory evaluation<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Final refreshment<\/strong>, to share flavors and emotions in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>\n
