The Restaurant

Osteria La Lanterna is a unique gastronomic experience in the heart of Valsolda, on the shores of Lake Ceresio. Led by Chef Pamela Paredi since 2012, it offers cuisine that blends the simplicity of tradition with a touch of contemporary originality.

The dishes are made with locally sourced ingredients, respecting seasonality and showcasing the products of the Lombardy region: from lake fish to local meats, from wild herbs to mountain cheeses.

The menu changes with the seasons, always offering fresh and creative options. In December, don't miss the truffle menu. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, with rustic furnishings that reflect the history of the place, bright rooms, and a splendid summer terrace overlooking the lake.

Recognized by the Michelin Guide, Slow Food, and Golosario, Osteria La Lanterna is a member of the Buon Ricordo association. In addition to classic dining, it offers unique experiences: blind tastings, photographic treasure hunts in the villages of Valsolda, with gourmet picnic boxes and private chef service.
